Diligence was born out of a desire and motivation by the company directors to help those who could not help themselves and/or lacked the necessary skills, motivation and know-how to make a difference in their lives and those around them through education and employment opportunities. Our company motto is ‘Creating excellence through hard work and discipline’ which expresses our belief that excellence in anything is created, through hard work and discipline, rather than inherited.

The Diligence management team have built a record of success in the area of providing programmes for the corporate sector by assembling a mixture of youthful, experienced, knowledgeable, and results focused individuals. In addition, we have partnered with like minded employers within some large national and multi national organisations to provide industry standard training.
